Purupuru Maker is a free browser-based tool for turning still images into soft wobble animations. You paint the part of the image that should move, choose a motion preset, and record a short GIF, MP4, or WebM. The whole tool runs locally in your browser — your images never leave your device.

Who runs it

How the site is funded

The tool itself is free to use, with no account, no upload limit, and no watermark. To keep the lights on, the site displays unobtrusive advertising through Google AdSense. We do not sell user data, and we do not run affiliate redirects on the tool itself.

All example images and blog guides on this site are first-party work created specifically for Purupuru Maker. The tool produces only what you create with it — we do not generate or curate user content.

Technology

Purupuru Maker is built as a static site. Image editing runs in the browser using the Canvas 2D and WebGL APIs. The site is served through a CDN and does not run application servers, which is what allows us to keep your images on your device.
